I can totally relate to the feet thing, and you are going to make this kid have prehensile feet. When I was a kid, I used to do all kinds of weird stuff with my feet.
I'd change the channel on the TV, write my name with a pencil between my toes, and figure out ways to both pick things up with my toes, and just flip them up to my hands without bending over.
You keep this up with E's feet, and he'll likely turn out the same way.
